Czech Bohemian Art Deco Lapis Lazuli Blue Malachite Art Glass Dancing Nudes Vase

This is a fine example of a Lapis Lazuli - Malachite art glass "Dancing Nudes" cabinet vase. In exceptional condition with no chips, cracks, repairs, or other compromising imperfections found. The vase stands approximately 5 inches in height, 3.5" in width, and rests on a 2.25" diameter base. This piece is unmarked and unsigned.

Though there is nothing to suggest that it was produced by Hoffmann during the 1930s, the design is legendary and has been replicated for decades since. The true value of this vase is its undeniable beauty, and the appreciation of the skills required to produce it. The glass color of Lapis Lazuli is also quite rare and more desirable than the plethora of malachite green glass examples which are more commonly available. The condition of this vase is as good as it gets.
