Balboa Venetian Art Glass Wall Platters - Pair. Hand-Blown in Italy · Black, Blue & Gold Aventurine Spiral · Set of 2. A Dramatic Pair of Hand-Blown Italian Art Glass.

Two matching hand-blown Balboa Venetian art glass wall platters with a bold spiral of deep black, icy blue and white, all wrapped in shimmering gold-copper aventurine that catches the light beautifully. The softly ruffled, free-form rim and big swirling "whirlpool" center give these real presence - hang them together as a striking over-the-sofa pairing, flank a mirror, or place them around different rooms. Each retains its original Balboa "Venetian Glass - Hand Made in Italy" foil label. Brand / Label: Balboa (importer/distributor of Italian Venetian glass). Type: Decorative hand-blown art glass wall platter / charger (set of 2). Origin: Italy - Venetian / Murano-style art glass. Color: Black with light blue and white swirl and gold-copper aventurine spiral. Size: Approximately 15-16 inches in diameter each (please see photos with tape measure). Mounting: Center hole with a finished hub, designed for wall-mount hanging hardware (this is by design, not damage). Markings: Original green Balboa foil label present; a handwritten number appears on the back of the piece (see Condition Notes). Quantity: 2 - identical, matching pair; each shown front and back in photos. Condition Notes - Please Read. These are pre-owned decorative pieces in lovely condition. I describe everything honestly - please review all photos closely, as they are part of the description. Glass: Glossy, vibrant, and free of any chips or cracks that I can find. Back / Underside: Only minor, light surface scratches/swirl marks on the smooth black backs, visible at certain angles - normal for hand-blown glass and not noticeable on display. Center Hole: The center hole is intentional, for hanging the platter on a wall - it is not a flaw. Handwritten Mark: There is a handwritten number on the back (appears to be an old inventory/price notation in marker).

It is on the underside and does not show when displayed. Overall: Both remain in comparable condition.
