Likely Harrach or Moser, however similar were created by Jean French. Frequently called "Champagne" with it's rigaree application. Of a freshly opened bottle.
Sapphire Blue Rigaree on Crystal; Clear. Hand-Painted Butterfly and Dragonfly among. Measurements: 13 1/4" high, 3 1/2" outer rim diameters and 4 1/2 outer diameter. Weight, prepackaged: 2 lbs 13.8 oz.
One drip of rigaree appears to be broken off at the lowest point below the rim and there are light scratches, possibly an amateur attempt to smooth a sharp spot. The balance of vase is free of chips, cracks, crazing and fleabites, including the balance of the rigaree and feet.
The hand painted decor is in good condition no notable marks but there is fading on the gilt stems. The interior is exceptionally clean with no residue or mineral deposits.
The glass is wonderfully clear and free of cloudiness. The feet have light shelf wear as expected. The bottom has a ground and polished pontil.
