Antique Victorian Blue-ish Ruffled Glass Fluted Epergne Centerpiece Vase

The base post is broken from the main centerpiece. I believe someone who handles glass can fix this, but I have not attempted. The base has several cracks in it. One of the flowers that screws into the main post is a bit loose. It will hold in position, but the other 3 screw on tighter.
