BAROVIER & TOSO Murano STYLE Art Glass 13½ Clear WithBlue Dots Vase Ruffle Middle

I think this is a BAROVIER & TOSO Murano but it is not signed so I can't be positive. Has some rough spots by a few to the top dots.

You cant see it but you can feel it by about 5 dots right in a row. Free of major flaws but may have a little minor general wear and/or a few small imperfections due to age or usage.
