Durand Art Glass 1707 Green and Blue in Opal King Tut Pattern Vase

This is a Durand Art Glass 1707 King Tut pattern vase. It features the rather hard to find color combination of a sage green and blue in opal. These are much more typically found in Durand's blue lustre and opal color. It was likely made in the mid to late 1920s and it is an early form.

The vase stands 10-1/8" (26.4 cm) tall and measures 2-3/8" (6 cm) in diameter at the mouth with a 3 (7.6 cm) diameter base. There is a some discoloration in the finish on a portion of the foot as shown in the final picture. It is in the glass and. Is a result of the hot glass being smoothed by a wooden tool not quite wet enough. The piece is in excellent condition without chips, flea bites, scratches, or interior staining. Photos 2-5 are of the item as it was rotated.
