Fenton Beautiful 8 inch vase opalescent white and bright blue ruffled edge. Signed on the side by Felisha Enoch, signed on the bottom by Dan Fenton and print says Class Messenger Exclusive 1999, # 4049. It does need a bit more cleaning than I did.
