Fenton Large Topaz (Vaseline) Blue Crest Spiral Optic Top Hat Vase 7.75 x 9

A little over 7 3/4" tall x 9" at widest across top ruffles, 8 1/2 across ruffle at shortest, Approx. This has blue crest glass with opalescent topaz crimped ruffle top. Vase is in a Spiral, Topaz Opalescent pattern and glows with a black light or direct sunlight. My photos do not do this elegant vase justice.
