Gold metal frame marked on the bottom Empire Ware and a triangle mark with M W C CO M. Carr & Co signed/makers mark on the bottom and the number 8113.

The vase holder has three nymphs/women/angels in robes and flowing long hair around the bottom with swags of gold flowers and scroll detailing all around. Art glass vase has no chips or cracks, a couple bubbles in the glass. Vase has a wave/swag pattern in it. The gold metal or brass is complete but has wear in the finish, especially around the bottom. Together measures about 9 tall.

From other similar pieces online looks to be French style late 19th century or early 20th century, empire style. The bottom mark is of the M. They had several different lines including Galleon Silver.
