LOOKS LIKE 1997, BUT I CAN BE WRONG. I NEVER USED IT FOR FLOWERS, JUST DISPLAY - EMPTY. CAN'T SEE ANYTHING WRONG WITH IT. I do not sell on approval, testing, measuring, fitting.
