Mark Peiser +5+1974 mini-vase with an all-over dark blue patterned favrile surface with Tiffany style leaves pattern 2.75"H x 2"W. I think this is a cobalt glass body with a midnight blue patterned favr. Ile coating decorated with emerald green edged inverted leaves with purplish blue inside the leaves.
The mouth is covered with a creamy bluish green favrile. Very handsome collectors item in near mint condition. Shouldn't have referred to this as'crackled'; sorry about that!
