Mid-Century Modern Abstract Art Glass Gourd Vase, 10.5 Handmade, Dark Blue Heavy

Vintage handmade heavy glass modern'gourd' style vase. Color is a beautiful very dark denim/cobalt blue which seems to be in the glass, not a coating. Deep style lip/mouth which with a distinct change to clear class.

Measures and overall 10.5" tall x 6" x 6" with a circumference of 4.5" at the mouth, 19.5" around the bottom chamber and 13.5" around the top chamber. Weight is 3lb 3.4oz. The photos truly do not do the form or the color justice.

There are some minor irregularities in the glass, one small surface bubble/divit, mouth has some very slight waviness, etc. A small number of small surface marks, a scratch on one side of the upper chamber (couldn't capture in photos), some small scuffs near center. All but one scuff and the divit are largely imperceivable unless up close, under strong light & at certain angles. Bottom has what appear to be a large pontil mark and some more notable surface marks. Does not appear to be signed.
