Up for sale is a vintage MOORCROFT Moonlit Blue vase with silver plated base. This vase stands 11 7/8 inches tall and approx. 6 inches at widest point (mouth of vase). The bottom is marked (impressed) with "Moorcroft" "Made in England" with a number. I looked at this vase under blacklight and truly cannot see any repair to the rim of this vase (but I do not have a trained eye). I did notice a "swirl" on the side of the vase that is different from the finish of the rest of the vase. Under blacklight, there is also a fluoresce on the side but I cannot tell if it is a repair. Possibly a deposit of some sort that could be removed? Pics included of these two things. Thank you and Happy Shopping!
