Pair of Antique Bohemian Moser/Harrach Enamel Butterfly Art Glass Vases 8-1/8. Victorian Bohemian Czech hand painted art glass vases are hand blown of aqua blue coloured glass with an "optic panel" decor pattern. Botanical scene depicts yellow and orange butterflies in flight with surrounding white lily of the valley flowers and forget-me-nots with dainty floral sprays and variegated greenery. Hand painted gold accents through out.

Tapered shaped optic form has a polished cut rim - no pontil on the base. There is some gold paint loss around the bases and rims and there is one fleabite on the inside rim of the darker blue vase. Noticeable differences in the glass can be observed, one is a little darker and heavier and there is wood ash trapped in the glass in a few places as shown. The first photo - it appears there is gold paint loss on the front insides near the bases (on each side of the battery shown for scale) but this is just a glare. There is some but not major.

It's mostly missing on the back as shown. Happy to provide additional photos. The opening of the rim is 2-1/2 diameter. The very bottom base is 2-7/8 diameter. Best offers and questions are welcomed!
