Rare Art Deco stunning blue glass exotic birds vase unknown maker

Here I have one of those special items that only come up once in a blue moon. I have been collecting and studying art deco glass for the last 20 years and this is the first time I have come across this vase. The vase is decorated on both sides with a pair of exotic birds not sure what species they are (Have had a discussion in the past with some Australian glass collectors about what they think they could be). The frosted parts of the main body show a feather design and the base has a typical Art Deco fan design... Base is 2 tiered with a scalloped edging. Inside the vase are 3 lugs where a flower frog would slot on. (I do have a Walther frog that fits perfectly if you should need one). One for the serious collectors who don't mind spending that bit more on a special piece. Measures 21cm high perfect condition.
