Richard Satava Signed Art Glass Vase

An art glass vase with floral design by American glass artist Richard Satava. Signed "Satava 4462-95" to the underside, this cased glass vase has a blue and red body with a red poppy floral design and long intertwining stems. Richard Satava attended College of San Mateo and California State University after finding interest in glassblowing as a high school student. His work is inspired by themes of nature and the life of the ocean. Formulating the glass and color combinations himself for each piece Satava designs and creates, he is celebrated for his Floral Series among others. 5" W x 11" H x 5 D.
