For your consideration is a lovely Saul Alcaraz art glass vase that was made in his Santa Barbara studio. It stands 5 3/4 inches tall and approximately 4 3/4 inches at its widest point. It is 3 1/4 inches in diameter across the base.

The background is a deep aurene blue color. In certain lights iridescent hues of magenta, blue, gold and purple appear. It has antique gold designs across the middle. These too have iridescent hues. It is signed on the bottom: Saul Alcaraz, 2004. There are no cracks or chips. A few irregularities appear in the glass which is typical of hand blown pieces.
