STUNNING ART DECO ICE BLUE DEPRESSION GLASS LIDDED COMPORT LOLLIE BON BON DISH 1. Presenting an ice blue Depression glass lidded comport. It features a pressed cut Diamond pattern to its body which is stopped short by a singular smooth band to its upper rim portion contrasting beautifully. The body sits atop an elegant slender stem with a sperical shaped upper portion continuing the pressed cut Diamond pattern. From this the stem tapers in creating a waisted effect with a fluted pattern continuing down to a flat knop before finishing at its lightly domed circular footed base. The lid also continues this Diamond pattern rising up towards its finial handle to end in an elegant almost tear drop shape.

The frosted icy blue glass creates a gorgeous effect complimenting the piece entirely. This would make a stunning elegant addition to any Depression or pressed glass collection!! This beautiful piece measures 16cm at its widest in diameter at its bowl top and stands 31cm at its tallest.

Presented in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. There are some minor signs of wear as can be seen in some pictures from age and use as would be expected for a piece around 90 years old. The underside foot of the base shows wear marks to its edges from years of being moved and sliding across surfaces. This is a very good sign though as it aids in authenticating the age.
