Welcome to Antiques & Moore! This listing is for a gorgeous antique Moser cobalt cased overlay glass large 7.25 vase, c. This great vase features a thick glass body, beautifully decorated with paneled sides with cobalt cut-to-clear raised sections with alternating 24K gold decoration in the clear areas and with elaborate enameling.

Lots of gilt decoration including outline of the cobalt cut sections in the design around the upper portion of the vase and on the pedestal base. The lower cut-out windows are decorated with gilt decoration in the windows and notch cutting in the others. There is a band of alternating pink and blue enameled flowers connected with a string of leaves around the shoulder and base of this gorgeous vase. The upper rim has a concave scalloped cut edge that has a heavy gilt application. The vase is in excellent condition with no scratches, chips, cracks or repairs.

This is a heavy, very high quality cut glass vase. Measures 7 1/4" high with a top diameter of 5 3/8" and base diameter of 3 3/4. We at Antiques & Moore have been in the Antiques business for over 30 years and try to describe our items as accurately as possible.
