Offering a 12-3/4 tall six petal art glass Swung Vase in Bluenique a signature color of Viking Glass. Founded in New Martinsburg WV in 1944 Viking became renowned for its vibrant, colorful art glass especially during the mid 20. This particular vase, with its striking Bluenique color and swung design, exemplifies the aesthetic of the period.

The swung vase technique involves pulling molten glass upwards and/or swinging it upside-down and often twisting it, creating unique elongated shapes. Viking Glass pieces are highly collectible today, appreciated for their craftsmanship, bold colors and contribution to American art glass history.

Details: 12-3/4" tall; base is 2-1/2"dia and weighs just shy of 3/4lb.
