Vintage 1969 unique hand blown Gest art studio blue glass sculpture vase trumpet

Up for sale is a wonderful vintage hand blown glass sculpture made in 1969 by Gest. It's blown by hand out of a blue colored glass into a very unique trumpet style form. The vase is mounted to a circular colorless glass base and signed/dated underneath.
