Vintage Blenko Bubble Wrap Turquoise Glass Vase #6041 by Wayne Husted 1960s signed. This vase is in very good condition.
It is sandblasted signed Blenko (with hand) used from the spring of 1958 to the summer of 1961. It has no chips or cracks. If you will notice on the last two pictures there is what looks like a manufacturers flaw on the lip but you can clearly see it! It was there from "birth"! It measures 10" tall 5 1/4" top 3 3/4.
