Vintage EMPOLI Italy Ice Blue Panel Genie Bottle Decanter w/Stopper 26. There are some imperfections but they appear to be part of the bottle itself created when it was made.

You can see that line but there is no crack. Also In the stopper there are some ridges in the glass but again appear to be part of when it was made, not damage. This was in my mothers home up on a shelf for many years till she did a remodel.
