Vintage KOSTA Sweden Blue Art Glass SOMMERSO VASE Signed Numbered 1827 8

It is two shades of blue, with clear exterior. It is clearly signed and numbered on the bottom as shown.

I'm not familiar with Kosta signatures or their numbering system, but I believe this is an older Vicke Linstrand example. Please correct me if I'm wrong. No chips, cracks or repairs.
