Vintage Neodymium Alexandrite Glass Bud Vase 6 blue Lilac

This Bud Vase was made with Neodymium glass or known as Alexandrite glass. The glass appears lilac or smoky blue depending on lighting (see pictures).

Dimensiond are 6" x 2 1/2" with a no signature on flat polished base, I'm believing it is Muranise by Cesare Toso because of a similar vase I found for sale that is 2 smaller with a label attached.
